and this is one that I have been thinking about for a while now. I have seen a rising number of players using the Iconic ability of heat vision. I can remember a time when this was viewed as huge No No. So, I ask
A good single target power; elevates low/mid tier powers to close the gap on fotm. Had it as an option since week 1 revamp hit live, now it is almost common knowledge. The latest update may nerf it a bit.
SM upped the damage. It did better single target damage than their own power's variation. And set up a nice DOT to boot when used on multiple targets. People were angry when they recently 'nerfed' it. But if you're a Fire player it could actually be considered a buff.
The nerf recently with the Iconic powers I don't think it's worth spending a sp point on it anymore...
