Thanks a lot for putting this together. I'm a returning player and although I have very few SPs on my toons, this guide really helps maximize the points I do have in the stats I need. Much appreciated

Awesome work, just becasue I did not see while reading this thread. To be a truly maxed out DPS cutting no corners.

All tier 1 innates - 77 SP
All tier 2 innates - 66 SP
Movement mode w/power recovery and breakout innates - 7 SP
all weapon combos for priamry weapon - add 4 SP

Total for maxed out DPS - 154 SP

AS a a personal refernce I always buy the movment mode innates and with the new update most who pvp will be specing into at least one or two movement mode power for pvp debuff reasons.
