Work In Progress for a steampunk base I've been working on, currently titled The Workshop! It's a living space/scrapyard/forge mash-up situation. You can see the living/rec room in the first screen and into the bedroom in the second, the forge is 3rd and 4th with an adjoining scrap chute for sorting. The smaller scraps go to be smelted, but the larger are seen in the 5th which is a loading dock into the actual workshop where antiques are touched up. Lastly the 6th is the studio for redesigns and fine details.
I hate when this happens! I’m at work, I go on break, I drop by the base builders thread and I see all these brilliant bases! Suddenly, I’m seized by all these ideas for decorating a few of my places and I have to wait wait wait in this soul-crushing pit of misery before I can get home and start going to town on my PlayStation!
Ooo, the garden turned out very nice! Well done! Need a few more components that are being a bit hard to find, but once everything finished there will most definitely be a tour. ;D
I am now the proud owner of a finished base. It's not ground breaking by any means, and I don't have membership so my budget was limited... but... Its done, and I'm happy with it. I was so happy, I bought a deed and have begun working on a second one that's VASTLY different to the first. Zoe, Achikah, and Ryhl have access to the base already. Go explore, have fun and anytime you can gove me for the next one would be awesome (I'll add you guys so you cane look at it)
So I was really sad that, red, blue , green and yellow has there own construct for the holiday season base items so I decided to play colormaker and mixed red and blue together and made some of my own for star sapphires! it’s super cute it legitimately made Pink Constructs to who ever loves star sapphires as much as I do I hope you like this trick to make pink constructs with whatever blue and red lantern constructs we have in game at the moment.
This base is still VERY much a work in progress, but... Definitely starting to get the feel of salvaged tech, which is perfect for my Character. His back story is he was on a small backwater planet in the Thanodor System, and Brainiac came through and destroyed his world. When the multiverse began bleeding each other, Ashicus snuck into this version of earth and began stealing tech wherever he could find it. His people were gifted with being able to control elements of nature, earth, and water. Him and two other allies made it through. (it's also why I don't use shapeshifting even though technically, it's the meta lol) The second base I'm trying to set up to look like a marketplace of his home-world. Think Themiscera meets Thangor...
I forgot to add that he is now experimenting with ways to enhance his powers including breeding Starro spores which have the ability to tap into latent powers and enhance them. Ashicus has found that through contact that isn't via the cranium, it's possible to increase his power over growing things with deadly effect. part mad scientist, part lost soul... Maniacal in his goals to resurrect his kin and their way of life regardless of who or what gets in the way.
More work continues on my second base... VERY different to the scavanged tech of the first base, This base is ment to show where Ashicus came from. Want to give a MASSIVE thank you to @Achikah for donating a Minotaur Gate to help me finish making the cells for the prison area. I've added a little more character to the market place including a fun scavenger game to find all 6 colours of flour baskets, moved the shower to be more discreet (clipping that thing so it wasn't glaringly obvious was a nightmare lol) to make room for a future kitchen area, and worked a bit on the downstairs plantation, I wanted to have it still look part of the theme, but since it's near the prison, the latent malice and evil has currupted it slightly... (also, ignore the bamboo plant in the middle of the hallway, I had JUST finished moving the shower and forgot to delete it lol)
Did a bit more work on both bases. Tragically Gothic now only has 68 available slots left for placing Items... and there's STILL more I want to do. Also finished the upstairs and the Prison area of Market yourValue. Just need to add details now to help make it more emersive. But some of these details won't come until the summer event...
