    The RNG can be weird and frustrating.

    I've had great luck this DLC with OP drops but it's annoying when you can't even complete a collection for one character.

    You can do that for sure. That's true for every expensive item. The only requirement is for others to accidentally miss a few zeroes at the end of their prices.
