Settings Reset

Upon login today, all of my On Duty Tabs were re-opened and all of my Archived plans are back, un-archived.

Of course.

Yup they saved, I just tested it.

Both of these issues occurred before today's update as well. They would save for some time, and then reset randomly. I'm not sure if it will happen again or if today's update included a fix for it ?

The archived R&D plans have been randomly resetting since the archive feature was released.

Mepps, was it considered to change the default configuration of the display of plan tiers to collapsed instead of open?

imho, that would have been a potential less complicated solution to seeing all the plans of all tiers as their default status.
This tactic of changing the default status of the League roster from "display offline members" enabled to disabled seems like a good "fix" too.

My in game settings have to be reset evertime I start the game. IE they don't save between relogs.

Same happened to me, R&D and On Duty were reset.

Make sure that you have set the Firewall and Windows permissions to write and make changes in:
My Documents / My Games / DC Universe Online

Game resets on me every day 20 minutes into it.

I was on earlier, reset. Get back on, reset.

I have redo my screen size and than accept the term of agreement. Than all my chats are once again removed, update and than after I do all of that I spent 5-10 minutes and bam, I'm kicked out and it has reset again. I cannot even play a solo or duo without being kicked out of the game. I'm sick and tired of new content dropping and me having to spend hours dealing with technical issues that did exist the day before. I'm annoyed with how this is impacting my ability to even enjoy the game and play some content.

Las night it happened to me again.
Was just standing on my base and game dc. Error 0x0006 or something like that. When i re logged, a screen of Terms and Conditions appear. The last time i had this issue, the same screen appeared.
And not only the On-Duty and RnD resets, also all my game settings (chat, video, audio, gameplay...everything).

One thing I've noticed is that on Playstation 4, if you use the "Disconnect" option instead of the "Switch Character" option, it seems to force you to resize your screen resolution again before showing you your character list. In turn, this resets your Archived R&D plans.

If you use the "Switch Character" feature, it saves your settings when you log out and log back in. I'm pretty sure that it also saves them if you "Switch Character", then shut off the game from the character selection screen, too.

The profanity filter, on the other hand, is a different story. The profanity filter automatically reactivates no matter what method you use.

Another thing I'd add is that my chat channels seem to remain as I left them, whether or not I choose Disconnect or Switch Character. There was a point there where they were resetting every time, too.

I'm not sure what the difference is on the PS4 between "Disconnect" and "Switch Character". I know on PC, if you choose Disconnect, it closes the application, but on PS4 "Disconnect" does the same thing that "Switch Character" does: Log you out of your current character and show you the character selection screen.
