• New effect added
  • Using a superpower will grant bonus might & precision based on current power for 6 seconds.
  • When between 90-100% power change Might and Precision by (-3/-1.5, 0/0, 1.5/.75, 3/1.5)% 3%/1.5% respectively
  • When between 70-89% power increase might and precision by (0/0, 2.5/1.25, 5/2.5, 8/4)% respectively
  • When between 50%-69% power increase might and precision by (2.5/1.25, 5/2.5, 8/4, 10/5)% respectively
  • When between 30%-49% power increase might and precision by (0/0, 2.5/1.25, 5/2.5, 8/4)% respectively

• Rage of Lazarus Effect Added
  • When HP falls below 1 become unable to become Knocked Out for 6/8/10/12 seconds, if you are not restored back to full HP at least once before this effect expires become knocked out. While this effect is active decrease incoming healing by 80/70/60/50%
• Dregs of the Pit effect added
  • Upon becoming Knocked Out release a small amount of Lazarus Pit water that restores up to (20/30/40/50)% HP upon moving through the field

Computo's Redistributor HUD

• Duration on stacks extended from 30 seconds to 60 seconds

Gem of Horus

• Lowered Cooldown to 3 seconds
• Powercost reduced to 350 down from 400
• Increased damage overall by about 8%
• Gem hits changed to
  • 3-8 hits Down from 6-12
  • >=9 hits down from 13
  • <=8 hits down from 12
  • >=9 hits down from 13
  • Added a backup bleed procable at 17 hits.

Demons Fang

• Power Restored on hits 1.4% of resto to power -> 1.6% Restoration & 1% Precision
• Power Restored on hits 1.8% of resto to power -> 2% Restoration & 1.2% Precision
• Power Restored on hits 2% of resto to power -> 2.2% Restoration & 1.4% Precision
• Power Restored on hits 2.2% of resto to power -> 2.4% Restoration & 1.6% Precision
• Also changed to Power-Over-Time over 4 seconds (all 6 hits can stack)
• Damage changed to include precision in the calculation
  • 5% Restoration -> 5.4% Restoration & 1.4% Precision
  • 6.6% Restoration -> 7% Restoration & 1.6% Precision
  • 7.4% Restoration -> 8% Restoration & 1.8% Precision
  • 8.2% Restoration -> 8.8% Restoration & 2% Precision
  • Rank 160+ When affected by any shield, increase Restoration & Precision
  • Rank 160 3% increase precision & 5% increased Restoration
  • Rank 200 6% precision & 10% Restoration

General
Taskbar Flashing (PC Only)

• Added support for flashing the game on the taskbar if something important happens while DCUO is not your currently active window, including:
• Your On-Duty queue is ready.
• You receive a group or league invitation.
• You receive a tell.
• You receive a trade or duel request.
• You (or your pets) take damage.

Loot

• Reduced source mark rewards from Sunstone Matrix and Doomsday 8-Player raid bosses.

League Hall

• League Hall Proficiency - Berserker Damage - Tooltip now correctly states the damage bonus is granted below 35% health, not 30%. This is only a tooltip change.

Ally: Superman

• Added the following abilities to Empowered Channeling: - Fireburst - Mass Detonation - Frost Blast - 50 Cal

This update also prepares the game for Survival Mode later this month.
