Server Hotfix - November 22, 2017

Feats

• Syndicate Sense - Visitor's armor pieces from the Notorious Time Capsule now grant 1 Syndicate Sense while worn.
  • Players will need to equip the appropriate combination of these items and/or Earth 3 vendor gear to trigger the Syndicate Sense feat. We are working on a fix up for players who might have already salvaged their Visitor's gear.

Injustice System

• The access pads for the holding cell doors will now count down immediately, the first time a player enters the cell. Previously, the first player entered in each cell would need to hit the cell door once to engage the encounter and timer.

The Panopticon

• Elite Only: Owlman Effigy's Mines now explode a little slower.
• Fixed an issue where Ultraman's Backhand was doing too much damage.
