Feats

• The I'm All Ears feat will now complete properly.

• Made several Spring Seasonal items Account Bound so they could be shared with alts.

• Reduced max duration of Superwoman's Mind Control from 60 seconds to 9 seconds.
• Added a delay for Superwoman's Lasso Pull attack to give more time for players to block for less damage.

• Elite Plus: Reduced damage from Titan Lord weapon attacks.
• Improved the timing of damage ticks from Proma's Ice Spray.

Augments

• Adaptive Augments now grant the correct bonus gear choices in Elite Plus content.
