Server Hotfix - April 5, 2018

    Starro: Central City and Solo Story Mission
    • Added additional backup mechanics to the Controlled Flash fight and ending his regeneration phases.
    • Found and removed an issue with the Mera/Ocean Master fight resetting if players got too close to the exit.
    • Blocked access to windows in the temple room that could cause line of sight issues.
    8 Player
    Starro: Spindrift (Elite)
    • Slight tuning of Morgwar's "Aquatic Surge" attack so that if a player is blocking, it's not as likely to be deadly unless they were already down health.
    • Adjusted Morgwar's behaviors so he should theoretically not be able to be in his 'Typhoon phase' while he's also doing his standard attacks.
    • Morgwar's "Splash Zone" attack won't knock back a player who blocked in time.
    • Morgwar should run to the target pools in Elite mode a little slower when it detaunts / shields up.
    • Added failsafe to try and prevent a 'door glitch' in final boss fight.
    • If you break Morgwar's detaunt shield while he's almost to a pool, he shouldn't absorb the water from that pool for a little while (unless he's still standing in that pool ~7 seconds later).
    Starro: Threat Below (Elite)
    • Slightly tuned "Starro Double Beam" attack so it does a little less damage in Elite.
    • Fixed an issue so Starro's 'Charge' attack does damage in Elite.
