• Mission Hub NPCs should no longer take extended breaks from their jobs.

Queen's Row Penitentiary

• Fixed an issue where Heatwave could sometimes drop double loot.

The Royal War Alert

• Reduced the chance that Professor Zoom will use Velocitug while the Speed Force Rifts that heal him are present.

Flash to the Future: Elite

• Neurocrawlers now move slower.
• Brainiac's Pulse Beam now ticks for less damage.
• Brainiac should now reset at proper Health Levels.
• Defense Levels have been reduced in the Brainiac Elite Levels.
  • The Defense levels should be applied in Elite levels. We are continuing to investigate why they are not applied correctly all of the time.
• Adds in Elite Levels have their damage reduced slightly.
