    • Utility Belts no longer cost Marks of Victory to unlock the 3rd and 4th slots if you have them. In addition, most Utility Belt slots are now Wildcards.
    • Lowered the cash cost of Equipment Interfaces. They now cap at a maximum of $2,000.

    When they say 8 hours, then go over what they claim, its unprofessional. Yes, taking a day might be a good thing for no need for later updates, but they shouldn't claim 8 hours if they can't keep their claim.

    Unprofessional would be rushing a shoddy product out the door to please impatient children customers. Far better to take the time and get it right, rather than have to take it down again all day tomorrow to fix the original bug and also fix people's accounts and characters who corrupted their stats playing a unfinished version of the game. This has happened before in cases where there were losses of marks, for example, and they had to take another day or two fixing it all.

    8 hours is an estimate. In software development, estimates are not always hard deadlines. Unexpected things (bugs) crop up. You can fix them, or not, but they're not going to happen on a fixed schedule.
