dude it's one power from the munitions power and i don't even think people use that for the AM, they might but calm down with all the cursing i am being serious that much cursing can get you banned.

1 hr per frigate, sounds about right.

I believe it's just the shot gun blast damage getting reduced for being abused in pvp. I'm not certain but I thought I read that on one of the patch notes. So it doesn't effect your damage or your AM.

Couple of quick questions.
1. Will the time capsules be replacing the locked boxes? "sounds like the same thing except members cant open freely"
2. Stabilizer Fragments, how many fragments to make one stabilizer?

i can answer those for you, No they will not be replacing lock boxes, these are like lock boxes but free for everyone.

Two it takes 15 Fragments to make 1 stabilizer, depends on you're account.

free to plays get 3 fragments each time they beat the instance
Premium's get 4 each time they beat the instance
legendary member's get 6 each time they beat the instance.

WHEW, that's a while. Even if the downtime is shorter than say 12 or 8 hours, the amount if time that's covering for lol. Welp, good luck! I hope you experience no issues with the update!

Mepps is there anyway you guys can please bring back the old marks system my brother was just tweeting you guys but no reply what so ever and back to what I was saying the newer system of marks is kinda ridiculous why is there a limit to and there are people that don't have that much money and try to remain a member each month or so to enjoy the game and to keep paying that plus having to work so hard for marks to reach a limit of 100 when gear costs all 50 and above to buy that's really a huge problem and there have been 100s of people in the in game chat saying that to and I don't think they tweet it out but it's a really bad move it would at least be good if you raise it to like 600 or so but a measiely amount of 100 what's that gonna do along with all these loot locks and stuff that should change to like dude lower the amount of that to to like 25 up to 34 or something not all people have a Buck ton of money to keep spending and spending we do have bills and need to play to escape real life and get atleast a little bit of enjoyment there are people with lower funds please take this into consideration because you all should know everybody doesn't have the best paying job or whatever please I beg you guys pleaseeee take changing it into consideration because I swear to you from all the players I knew back in the day and all that's happening now the game is seriously messed up currency wise thank you and have a great day take care

I agree. Its so easy for the Devs to nerf a power but they can't even buff Quantum, Rage, Electric and Nature's DPS.

no you will need one these keys are called Stabilizer's you can buy these off the market place for a dollar, or make one yourself for 15 fragments how many fragments you get depends on your account type.

this might be off topic but do u guys know any tips on when i should starting buying tier 2 and up items im lvl 30 and cr 42 i already have 3 tier 1 pieces of gear should i mix it with tier 2 items or complete tier 1 first
