Server Downtime and SOE Maintenance - July 2, 2014

Wow downtime i can understand but twice in one week saying that servers will be down for this amount of time but then putting them back up earlier then estimated then all these issues start pouring out and with the time they have to use to take it back down its pretty much the same time that was originally planned so why not take your time to do what you need to do then put it up an keep it up instead of having it like a broken down car where you have to jump start it everytime you want to move its just frustrating because we have a family of four in total in one house that plays this game together as a family and thats $15 times 4 so $60 a month not including respec tokens replays and lil things here and there just to find out that $60 went missing because we simply logged in i hope this issue is fixed ive sat through a couple soe maintenance and never once have i lost anything besides maybe marks of triumph but id take losing fake rewards over real money anyday with these downtimes and lost of real money and account issues on ps3 n 4 and seein the forums eu too im guessing i hope theres some type of compensation to this

Things like this should be posted in game for players to see. Make a bulletin board for god sakes.

They will never give us compensation unless we can't play for like two weeks of something.

So if I log in am I gonna have nothing at all? Coz I'm too tired to stress right now. Long day at work an all that, still can't even chill out and play the game. I think this is maybe the second post on this forum I have made (I read more than type) but I think the last couple of days have been a bit of a p***take. We should receive something in return. I would also like to see the odd repair bot or R&D Scanner drop in the lockboxes for us paying customers instead of the same style day in and day out.

So, just to be clear, my account will be brought back up to premium in a few hours? And nothing will be missing? Because I just about had a heart attack when it told me I had to deactivate some of my characters.

Hi, Not new to the game but new to the forum and membership, Anyway.

Do you have a timeframe on when the memberships will be returned? I just bought it last night, Finally got time to play and my membership is gone. I don't have all day an answer would be much appreciated.

I would be crazy to buy legendary again if I knew my membership wasn't over and this was a **** up on you guys end. And they say you don't have a sense of humor. That was funny.

Calm down everyone it happens it's maintenance like they said it had a 4 hour window. Everything is fine there working on it your overreacting about the issue they have kept in touch with us with replies. So chillax

While they work on this issue Legendary members will need to play old content.

is'nt it allready 4,5 hours past maintenance? Can't login! It's allmost 18:30 over here in the netherlands, maintenance was scheduled at 15:00 .. the GU cost us allready a complete primte time play day... ( that was between 15:00 and 03:00 over here) ..

Can't play because since I no longer am Legendary.... I have too many characters.

I would have to delete characters or buy character slots to be able to play.

No fools fire, legendary players like myself, cant login without deleting characters down to 6 toons. So no older content either. Thats why ppl are freaking out. If they just have some patience and go enjoy the rl for a couple hours. They'll have it rdy soon. Instead of panicing ppl should read

i think we all start dealing with the idea that....this id dcuo....as you see it, as you play it and it´ll not change. i have assumed it long ago. not asking for nothing in return except to be able to play one week with no odd problems.

Why when I try making a new character it only changes it to PvE I want it to be PvP
