On December 14, 2016, the US and EU Xbox One servers will be consolidated into one server based in North America. After the consolidation, players from all regions on Xbox One will play together throughout the game, including in On Duty and open world content, groups, and leagues.

    Xbox One Name Consolidation

Outstanding character name conflicts (duplicates) between the US and EU servers must be resolved.

If there is a character name conflict, one player will keep the name and the other will be renamed to Name_US or Name_EU. The renamed character will receive a Character Rename Token. We will determine which character is renamed based on the following criteria:
    • Active Character
      • A character active in the last 90 days will keep its name over a character inactive in the last 90 days
      • If both characters are active or if both characters are inactive, continue to contributing character
    • Contributing Character
      • A character on an account that has spent money in support of the game will keep its name over a character on an account that has never contributed (free)
      • If both accounts have contributed or if neither account has contributed, continue to oldest character
    • Oldest Character
      • The character with the earliest creation date will keep its name over a younger character
There will be global server downtime on December 14, 2016, as we perform the consolidation, and we will share more information closer to the date.

So, when will our younger brothers and sisters join us on our glorious USPS/PC server?

This is not expected to ever happen, based on our partners' requirements.

Maybe there are some possible workarounds like shared instances queue or is it strict no contact with other platforms whatsoever?

Last ditch effort to make it work on Xbox I see. such a shame, 2.1 million active characters and only 86k made it level 30.

So if this doesn't save the game on Xbox, which given how desolate the EU side apparently is it won't, then since you went ever merge with pc..then the game is just dead??

Man I am KICKING myself repeatedly in the **** for getting that annual sub at launch. What an epic Frickin waste of money that was

Question is why PC vs PS players cant reset instance ( reply badges ) also why PC players cant use PS codes to buy Loyality/Daybrake cash/station cash ? Its gona be same story with Xbox i guess ?
We share same market in game why we cant share those things too ? Quite not fair dont u thing ?
Are devs planing to do something about it or its gona be like it is now ?

You do not share the same market. An easy example answer to your question is how Legendary and MP cash is purchased via the different platforms. PS players dont have Daybreak cash or station cash, they have marketplace cash. PS players dont pay Daybreak, they are paying Sony through the playstation store, Daybreak gets that money from Sony.

PS and PC do not share the same loyalty vendor either

Im not talking about MP im talking about in game market ( broker ).

You do realize the PC and PS broker is merged right. There is no separate broker for the 2. As those items are used via in game cash.

This really needs to happen whilst there's still actually a point to it.

The PC + PS merge took so long to happen that by the time it did, they only brought the servers population back to how they used to be a few years back, not really seeing much of a benefit.

So by the time uspc/ps and eupc/ps merge, the population will likely have dropped substantially again that it will only get us back up to the population that we have currently. Again, never really seeing the benefit of a possibly super active game on both hero and villain sides.

Im talking about sale reset for in game cash or rare auras , styles for codes . Dont act like u was here from yesterday .
Its not a big secret people do that right ?

Good way to inject more player activity but I guess the player base will dwindle after this eventually meaning its not profitable to maintain game on xbox with that playerbase.
Thus now this creating more unconfidence to continue playing on xbox.

Perhaps Daybreak could look into creating a character transfer from xbox to pc.

I suppose this is good experiment to see how regions work together despite distance.
Pc/ps heading to same direction I guess, eventually.

Resetting for someone an instance is closely tied to the PSN MP and SC thing as you get there the replays so Derio explained the reasons as to why this is seperated.

Actually, I do remember oe of the Devs saying during the time of the merge that the respective brokers WOULDN'T be consolidated along with the rest. I think it may have been because the 2 economies were so vastly different. I occasionally see players saying otherwise, but I've never seen an actual green-name comment on it since, so until somebody shows me a linked quote about it, I'm gonna have to go with what that Dev said.

They are merged. Go experiment with a friend on the other platform and let him put smth on the broker for a very unusual number. Its merged and you can test it for yourself.
