level 30 starts over on a new earth with the 1st powers then 2nd powers that are just like the 1st ones so what do you think?

what i was trying to say is once the toon gets to lvl 30 then another branic from another universe grabs the toon and then the toon get a 2nd set of powers that mimic say fire but it would still be either fire ,ice ,or magic to name a few. ok say if u have fire but the 2nd power that u get is magic then ur fire would be mystical and it would cause mystical damage as well as what ever spell u had used.
