Robot Sidekick Universe Online?

Dont hate on RS. Robot Sidekick FTW!!!

Another bad dps who got killed in t6 and calls for a nerf. On a robot sidekick of all things.

People are upset that there are some viable powers in the iconic tree?

aslong there is no alternative competitive mechanic beside wm -> robot sidekick will be my best friend and so should it be yours!

They're not even really viable, they're only being used because weapon mastery gives you 2 free slots in your loadout/rotation.

I have no problem with the Robot... except when I get stuck on it in doors lol

Assuming you have free slots. I do not as mental, so I don't use it.

You found 6 abilities for mental? I'm impressed. Best I got is 5 of them.... one being very situational.

I suppose you could throw on Mass Hysteria or Bolt Barrage, but....

The op isn't calling for a nerf on robot sidekick, relax people.

He's simply saying that with weapon mastery, we have so much extra space on our loadout since you don't need a complex power rotation to do optimal damage, everyone puts a robot sidekick on there for that extra dps. The problem is WM, not robot sidekick being too strong.

Mass Terror, Menace, Psy Shock, Thought Bubble, Pyro/Phantom Flames, Cryo, Mass Hysteria (for SC), Grandeur (for survivability)

That's 8 powers with a purpose. You can say that Grandeur isn't need for dps, but I love it too much to not consider it in my loadout.

Yup. Not that everyone who uses it only uses it cuz Wm won't allow them to, but cuz more and more players seem to be resorting to it because their options are becoming more and more limited as the "no WM list" expands out to exclude more and more of the powers in each individual powerset.

Heh, nah if anyone tried to pass me a shot of RS hatorade i wouldn't drink it, RS has always been a nice option to have.

This is the crux of the matter, in my opiinion. If WM were not so restrictive, threads like these would not keep popping up... Especially at a time when they are doing across the board, hefty nerfs to powersets for reasons they have given, I hope with enough feedback threads like this they might begin to reconsider allowing more than they are allowing to be used with this new Awesome system they have implemented.

Somehow I missed this post in my reply above. Man, this can't be stressed enough, the iconics all need to be made viable, I mean geez... you would think in a DC comics game where we've got iconic characters like Superman, Wonder Woman, Batman the list goes on, that a person would be able to create their fav comic hero and just have a blast running thru content Heat visioning the crap out of everything without getting kicked lol. Ok sry thats sort of off topic tho but someone needs to make threads about that for real...
