    i heard it is with p2w belt and 2 op rings but honestly anyone with that belt is trash by default for paying 250 bucks for a temporary(eventually obsolete) advantage

    Got the ring and full vestment rage, cr 90 utiliy belt. Rocking over 1900 precision, still cr103. Just waiting for the 2nd ring lol

    Alot of people have them now.

    Working on gearing my alts now lol
