This is not a new bit of information. There are already a dozen other threads about it. Apparently it has a decent drop rate, though I have yet to see one drop on PS3.

This is old. The stats were given out before DLC9 went live where were you.

Does anybody know what CR 2 of these, modded with expert mods and everything else at 90 with Expert mods will yield you?

add 22 to 93 and you'll get the expert modded cr

Sorry, I meant overall CR. Does it boost it to 104? or remain at 103.

Must be more common a drop than the prime Helm ever was even using badges. Ive seen at least a dozen people with two of them already and loads of players with one.

JEEBIE says a friend of his has this, with the Patriotic belt, and it's still 103.

That's quite good news as it doesn't cause imbalance to those who don't get the Patriotic belt or luck out with the Rings of Omnipotence. I'm also happy that people are still using CR as the measuring stick for selecting players for their teams. It means that, for now at least, people are able to work towards player requirements. Still in the region of 99 to 100, as well, on EUPS villains at least!
