Went to log in today and I get the "Legendary to Premium" message about upgrading and how I'm over my limit of possible characters (14/6). Today was the day that I could receive my next free bit of 500 SC, coincidence? I can't play at all because I would need to deactivate 8 characters it seems. My membership info on the SOE help site shows that I still have All Access, and my payment info has been up-to-date for at least 6 months now. So there's no reason why I should be reverted to Premium. I should still be Legendary. Sent a ticket like 6 hours ago and still haven't gotten a response.
