Are there any retail game cards that can be bought in the philippines? I'm f2p and I don't have any credit card. My parents have credit cards, but I doubt that they'll let me use them. I really want to buy DLCs but as I've said, I don't have access to bank-ish stuff. Thanks! ~ and if you can give me specific location please do so! Haha! I don't use steam btw.

There are no Game cards anymore. If you find someone that wants to sell you one, then that is either a fake, or a valid one which will not work anymore. In either case, it is not even worth the paper it is printed on.
