Remember, Quarks are the currency found in any and all Time Capsules and can be then spent at the Quark Vendor and now at Booster Gold's Second Chance Vendor for a wide variety of items, and that members get a 10% discount. The Second Chance Vendor is a permanent addition to the game. So log in starting September 12, 2018, and look for the new Resurgence Mega-Capsule dropping everywhere in-game, or head to the Marketplace to purchase the Resurgence Mega-Capsule. Whats the drop rate of the resurgence mega capsule? been running around 3 characters haven't got it on any. Beside that, bought a few from MP, love the changes to TC and love the new materials.
Well with 27 days to get 7 keys with getting 2 keys every 5 days by running stabilizer daily I'll be able to get at least 1 mega capsule. *sigh*
So, Friendly Neighborhood Devs, let me ask ya this: WHY are the Unlocked Time Capsules contained within the new Resurgance Capsule Character Locked/Untradeable? This was NOT the case last time, allowing me to store my Unlocked Time Capsules in my Shared Bank, where they could be accessed by any of my characters that might need something contained within them. I was looking forward to doing the same thing this time. So, what gives?
I haven't gotten any either. Did dailies on 2 characters. EDIT: I closed the game and relaunched. First kill got one. So, try relaunching.
Quantum is the most beautiful material I'm going to need that for most of my characters. Definitely outdid yourself with these none are ugly.
