the tactical mod for reserve tank can not be working as intended. yes you do get the extra power pool of 845. But you can not receive instant power on it. Whoever has it equipped is also not recognized as having the lower power in the group and will not receive defib, recharge or mentals instant power therefor making the person with the reserve tank low on power the entire raid.
