Trollers will be trollers only Devs can confirm to us if anything. I guess Trollers and People who sees it as a bug won't let it go and wait on a dev. And if it is a bug, not saying it isn't because is something I honestly don't care about. But Reserve Tank is a Huge Power Boost And is Indeed not easy to pass on it, but without it, Power is never an issue. I know what you mean when people don't read entire post and tends to ignores Actual facts and I Have to give it to SoulifyMike42 for his time he took here than to work on Real life things, he did took some time his good post and is probably late for work, or Wife telling him to hurry up, but Mike you are right in what you said. If people posts against him, then they want to troll and Mike will just go afk and laugh.

I had a league mate really complain about this and I told him I WILL NOT take Reserve Tank off as I have been wearing since Home Turf. I believe if there was something wrong with this mod since Home Turf they would have fixed it. Tell you the truth I will probably not post on this thread again and just stick to my guns on this 1. Reserve Tank all the way!!
I am not seeing this when tested - what I am experiencing on USPS3 is that Reserve Tank - is not a reserve Tank but instead is treated like just an additional Power-pool increase. If I have a 5 toons specced to equal power pool levels with one of them using Reserve Tank but all of the toons having around 1200 power pool - I am experiencing what has been described in that the lowest three numerically get instant power (including if one of them has the reserve Tank mod). Now when I add more gear to the character that had Reserve Tank (as I removed gear to get the power levels equal) you experience the feeling of not receiving power when you are low %-wise on power. If you are experiencing where you are not receiving instant power because the game is till registering that you have 875 power that is something I am not seeing. (I will try doing it where all members have around 875 power in just a sec to see if the one using Reserve Tank - cannot receive instant power)
Meant to say 1200 over the 1000 base in previous post. Tried with an balance(& unbalanced) of 875 power over the base 1000 (Used Zonewalker Chest which has 23 Power to equip Reserve Tank MOD and all other characters initially only had 1000 base + the 23 from the chest with no Reserve Tank MOD) - I am still not seeing this 875 power available when all have depleted their power bar and am able to see 3 (Random- I might add) team-mates receive the instant power with the one with the reserve tank receiving the instant on occasion but Random as there were 4 players with near 0 power - a little hard to have all players have absolutely zero to test what you say you are experiencing with the reserve tank still registering that you have 875 power at a Visual Zero (unable to cast a power)
Then they probably fixed it, which would surprise me! I used to rock like 5k power as a healer, sure I didn't get recharge often but I didn't really need it, did I?
I'm finding its actually happening the other way around, in the way that, anyone with the reserve tank mod can steal the Power Dump away from the others, i tested this in a group, had 3 players use all there power and the one with RT mod use half, at which when using defib, i would restore power to 2/3 of the players with no power, and the one with reserve tank, when in-fact it should have gone to the 3rd player with no power.
How long has this and sound been an issue? But good thing those robinsonpark super charged yellow stones are fixed and we are getting a new level up system for free players GU31
+1 to get it fixed. Saw the bug working amazingly good in Paradox Wave. I was 1st troller and the 2nd one was a guy we invited for the first time. Struggeling to keep the 4 dps filled up much more then usual I inspected him and saw this ugly Pool-Mod. He replaced it and the power was immediately better although his power-pool was lower. So please no "work as intended" on this one...
Why does the reserve tank only have the bug for recharge? 1961 VIT and people with the reserve tank get POT because I see the number and their power bar fills with it. If the issue was the amount of power then recharge shouldn't be the issue. I've been in raids waiting for us to replace a role that left or DC'd. Had a person practice power moves with the reserve tank on, only person needing any power and their bar ticks for POT but doesn't budge with the recharge. PS - do something to allow the Trolls to get more power, better Crits, or something.
How exactly is this a problem? I thought the whole point of this mod was to avoid getting instant power.
Bumping because I need clarification. Ran a thing with a guy tonight who told me to get rid of it because it's broken. This thread, tells me mixed things. I've been using it for ages, but after guy told me to get rid of it I noticed later on that with a raid group full on power except for me, the other troll, and a healer, my instant power didn't go to anyone. Is it this or is it that? It'd be super cool to know.
havent tested the reserve tank mod but i have noticed that the one that increases dmg in troll or dmg roll DOES NOT WORK i tested it and i did not notice a difference at all but a fe wother base mods are broken as well, like the acrobat feet "tumbler master" mod did work at first but seems since last few updates it is broken. and the "empowered channeling" glove mod does not work at all ive tested it on 3 different powered toons photon blast with gadgets, miniguns on hard light , and roar on nature although the DEF buff does seems to work BUT the "uninteruptable" part does even though i do get interupted i did notice i did take less dmg when i do so i guess it works halfway.
I had a gadgets toon once who got a double bonus from this mod. An additional 875 or whatever was added to the power pool after entering legends. I miss that toon.
I usually agree with everything you post, but not this. I have run numerous alerts and Nexus and anyone I troll for that is wearing the mod will not receive instant power back. The only time they do is if I pop a supercharge or the POT. I had it on in nexus and a more experienced troller noticed it. I was his back up but I had no power coming in. The guy was experienced and keeping the DPS around halfway but I was starving for power. In Trigon, just last night, I could not keep the DPS above 1/4 unless I used a supercharge. I was popping soda, supercharges, supply drop and I was just empty. The Tank and healer were great never got lover than 3/4. ANd my vit is 1687, more than enough for Trigon.
