I am tired of dealing with this. More often than not I am running into trollers using the reserve tank chest mod and it has been bugged for months now. You can not recharge power to the other troller if either one is using reserve tank and I have even had situations when my SC would not give them power either. It pretty much becomes a solo troll through the raids and it is bad enough that high cr's have such high power consumption. So devs, please fix this and trollers please stop using it.
