I was thinking that it would be nice to see a style vendor on the test server for the cosmetic items from Lockboxes and the Marketplace. Although not a necessity it would be nice to have access to for test only as I've spoken to numerous people who would love this. A big part of DCUO whether it be on live or test is being a super hero or super villain that you created taking on these challenges and some people aren't able to make their perfect character due to the lack of Lockbox and Marketplace style being available. I know that Lockboxes are in the game but having the Auras and Inspired By styles in a vendor and not have to rely on luck to get them would be nice. I personally like to recreate my characters from the live server to test out new content as a sneak peak to whats to come and not having access to these cosmetic items makes it hard to do so. I offer this as a suggestion to the Devs and want to know what others think of this idea?
Hello, I think that us a pretty good idea and my friends and the testers I have ever talked to are agree too, because that is the test server and we must not waste our time for finding a style or item such as During vigilante head piece or auras or mantic cape, everyone knows that some styles like mantis cape are as hard as hell, and I have never got it after 3 years playing, there must be a vendor in DC Universe Online Test Server which sells all styles of Lock boxes and Collections and briefings and investigations and vault items such as trincket, But I'm not that sure about the Marketplace Items, because that us impossible, if we would try hard and waste our time for finding a style there shouldn't be The Test Server, and there would be no difference between the test sever and US and UA server. Sometimes I really feel disappointed because I have never got some styles and items such as mantis cape or cosmic material and robin cap and lion trincket and raids and duties collection such as the ice berg collection. I just hope so.... And pray. They create the vendor, it can be beside the other vendors in the Watchtower, like currently pvp or pve.
Seems you didn't get it, it is not the problem, the test servers all must be free, and everything must be easy and free inside it, it is a rule, it is why it is named Test server, and style testing is noooo bad, for example for some who never got 'cosmic material or special trinckets such as lion or demon ones or hard styles like mantis cape which is hard as hell, why shouldn't we have this vendor, it only takes less than 2 days for them to create it, and that hurts no one, we still can get any style that we want but why should we waste our time and try hard for that though even that is the test server and the characters will be deleted after awhile like a year... They enabled us to create original characters in the test sever with their own names, why shouldn't they create that easy vendor.
I get it completely. I just disagree with you. The test server is not there for people to play dress up or to be used as a replacement for the live server.
No, there is no rule which says you must not dress up in the test server and we are not playing it instead of US and UA server, we play it for testing whatever we want and actually this game is for filling the deficiencies, for example like I said I never found mantis cape or cosmic material... Anyways what is wrong we that, we can have free marks in the test server and we buy them easily, it is nooooo hard for them to add another vendor, like I said we still can use radar and find collections and briefings and investigations or we can open lock boxes thankfully very easy, at least we dont waste our time to find the styles in the test server where are characters get delete after one year at least l can gave which sells the lock boxes and collections style or eveeen at least the auras and the lock boxes styles which are hard to find and orange such as during vigilante or noble warrior and collection, i can oath that hurts no one and makes some one happy. Please agree with that.
If they make a vendor where we can get cosmic material and auras why would lol play then on live servers xD it's a nice idea but they shouldn't put stuff from marketplace there...bcause as is said there.they should put like the SM styles or the lock box styles but not the marketplace items or any boosterbundle auras.
