Nah, I just liked building model kits, and so I started to sculpt a bit myself.
I tried 3D during Uni, but I hated it, I prefer clay under my fingernails. xD
3D printers are getting really good tho, soon using clay will be outdated as heck. u_u You could try using Zbrush, it seems to be nice and intuitive for 3D moddeling. You can basicaly "paint" your model.

Loosecollector makes the best custom action figures I've ever seen. I know he used to do commissions. Maybe he still does, idk. They are not cheap but worth the high price for his work. Google loosecollector to see his customs.

I've been considering commissioning some custom Lego figures of my league. Might actually pull the trigger on that this year.

Probably a bit of a long shot, and I can't believe I'm suggesting it considering my irritation with how Mattel tends to handle their toy distribution, but these came to mind.

They've got a whole line set up like this, at varying price points with all parts being swappable. It seems like this could be a way to include a bunch of the styles available in the game among a variety of sets.

There'd probably be limits on body sizes/types, though, and colors wouldn't match, but a little paint can deal with the color problem pretty well.

Maybe they could source them from Hong Kong. They already did a super job on Batman and Robin.

PS: Next Batman legends skin please.

I'll have to check it out.

I don't think they do Commissions anymore, I checked out the page and there isn't a link to commission a custom figure. There's a link to submit your own work but as far as I can tell there's not one for commissioning a new figure. I have to say his work is quite impressive though.
