RE: Dead King's Scepter change.

We have noticed a few questions and comments related to the recent change to the Dead King’s Scepter. This fix was implemented due to a recent uptick we’ve seen regarding an exploit reading this item. This change was not noted in the update notes as it is not customary for us to discuss or inform about exploit fixes.
This change will not affect the usage of the item as it was designed to be used, it will only affect the exploit usage of said item.
