I am getting random feats for complete mods on my alt as it levels, this has happened twice now, I got a bunch of feats for mods when I never touched the mod system, what's this about?
The R&D for those feats were removed from the game when they introduced Augments. The feats are now auto-granted to everyone when their character reaches the appropriate CR.
