Which tentacle? The one grabbing the kid, or the Davy Jones face-tentacles? Oh, didn't see that one on the floor, looks likely to belong to the third guy

Not sure, you have DC sitting on one side, and Marvel on the other, maybe it's Constantine? He wears an overcoat like that
