The devs won't nerf rage because they haven't made enough money of it yet, but i agree with you 100% outrage,berserk and bloodlust need to be looked at

It's not fair that one debuff can hit Rage for 7.9 seconds worth of damage when a ice tank debuff simply removes the ice shield, which they can apply another one after 6 seconds, rage has one damage mitigator on a 10 sec cooldown.

It's not fair that I have to wait till I score a block counter or interrupt before I can do one of my moves while my opponent is spamming photon blast, and gaus grenade with absolutely no risk whatsoever. These are very big problems that really need to be looked at.

Either make all powers vulnerable to block or interrupt or remove the vulnerable to block and interrupt from rage powers while lowering it's damage to make it "even" with the no risk instant cast powers.

btw, all of HL's moves that are vulnerable to block need a damage boost

I've seen your posts crying because photon blast got a 7% damage reduction, don't talk about biased... Your class is the best pvp class and has been FOTM longer than any other power. You just want any good power nerfed so you can top the scoreboard easily with no challange

I was asking about how much damage it does now i ever cried about the nerf or asked or it to be reversed, so your saying is bs and you're very biased, try and get good.

Sounds like a buff to me. It implies it wasn't doing that in the beginning right>

If you don't provided Proof, numbers, etc your post is just gonna end up be lock just like the other threads but I do agree that Outrage is hitting a little too hard or I might be wrong

I don't pvp much, but no powerset should be able to one shot anyone unless they're severely undergeared. With that said, the powerset is called rage so it does make sense that its combos hit pretty hard. Before anything gets nerfed why don't we wait and see the improvements to the other powersets before we say Rage is OP. Perhaps the incoming changes will create balance. If you don't play a burst class its probably not smart to charge in against one and not use the block/counter mechanics.

I've never #been out dps by rage dps at all, but i can tell rage is OP, when bad dps turn good with just a respec token. You also know rage is op when a rage dps using outrage ad berserk takes bleezs health down all the way to the half way mark within seconds (i was amazed to say the least, the numbers he must have saw ). I'm not complaining, i'm simply trying to help the devs balance the game out seeing it's their number 1 agenda and i am good very good actually, i'm pretty sure i'm far better than you.

cant you people find another game to suck at and ask for nerfs there? i'm personally sick of your complaining about getting beat. notice how the people who dont cry nerf are usually the ones that destroy a rage dps. just get better

The game is going through a complete overhaul and people are worrying about powersets they don't play. Start making posts about buffs to your preferred powerset. What if those buffs change your opinion on Rage? We've waited this long, might as well continue until this transition is complete.

update 36 hasnt happend yet and even it wont be done until Weapon mastery and the damage pass happens so quit complaing because its not even finished yet. and secondly learn to counter and use the tank debuff and rage is very very easy to beat

When reading patch notes, never assume anything.

If it says it got buffed then it got buffed.

If its unclear than more often than not it got nerfed.

Outrage with the PI does 200% damage on live, its getting a 25% damage reduction in the PI'd Outrage so it now does 150% damage with PI. Regular Outrage isn't getting touched.
