Rage is still looking great

    Berserk isn't a problem because it doesn't last long, lol if you get block countered then all your potential damage goes to 0.

    Yea my guess it started with celestial and my guess that making the precision powers hit hard( Hardlight is an exception because its been powerful for the longest) promoted power change tokens, and seeing it from a business perspective they pulled a smart but cheeky move. Hopefully now that they are taking a break from power making they can fix the game and fix the powers.

    Again I never said I wanted to take away the Rage mechanic from Rage, I'm perfectly fine with it except for the fact that it heals all incoming damage in DPS role the EXACT same way it does in Tank role. I'm not here saying Rage is out of balance because I get out DPSed on the scoreboard, I mostly troll, but when a power is as out of balance as Rage is( it's getting better and I'm glad Berserker is being looked at) I'm going to say something. How about we agree to disagree with each other and call it a day?

    A Rage DPS being able to use the rage crash at full potential wouldn´t that be like a Fire DPS being able to have 22k health?

    While I agree outrage was a bit op, the new cooldown is a bit over reacting. A simple 2.5 or 2 second would have made it so you could not clip it with itself. The problem is most people get upset when they either get beat on the scorecard or in pvp. If you are getting beat by someone using outrage in pvp you deserve to lose. Blocking solves that problem. I would say they should lower the cooldown on outrage .5 and also remove the rage cancel so that tanks have at least one viable move in pvp.

    Outrage-HM>frenzy-TM(5)->outrage

    I saw a DPS increase even if it was slightly slower. Melted bat and cat in two rotations with berserk at 2600 might and 1350 prec

    Melee Rage DPS is still epic good.

    I'm still on Jeebie's bandwagon, 6 seconds cool down, can we get that down to 4 please?

    Celestial got "looked at" because people QQ'ed about it being out of balance. Guess what, its still a top tier power. People complained about Electricity when it came out then it got "looked at" by the devs and that ended up ruining the power all together. Just because a power is being "looked at" doesn't automatically mean nerf.

    When new powers come out, I make new characters; I don't respec old ones. So I'm not sure how different it is at higher tiers, but at the content I'm currently at, Outrage is so power hungry I can dump my entire bar in a few uses. So I don't really understand the need to nerf it. It seemed fine enough to me just due to the cost.

    By the way, how strong is two uses of Berserk compared to three uses of Mangle? I don't really understand the description of the former. Like, how long does it keep track of the damage you've dealt? Is it to just one enemy? Is it all the damage you've dealt throughout that run to all the mobs and minibosses - I do doubt that theory, considering I could probably one-shot a boss if that were true.

    exactly. and since we can't rage mechanics wise is unbalanced because max damage potential(unless ur celestial) happen in a melee playstyle

    Celestial is very balanced it's not op at all it's a decent heal good Pve dps decent pvp dps and has no melee options so of course the range gots to be good and photon is what makes gadgets good I can see it getting a minuscule nerf but tbh gadgets is fine

    Rage is still very strong IMO op. Why? Because it has better range dps than celes and better melee than Hl it's like a op fused hybrid of the two
