Was in monarch playing card challenge earlier and noticed that my damage out seemed off. I request it, went into the first room, and was trying things out when I decided to let myself rage crash to see how much I would take. After crashing I checked the board, and saw that the damage I rage crashed for had been added to my damage out. Easy way to test this is to just go into an instance and use a power that causes rage crash, and not attack any enemies. I tried this many times, and ending changes time was the same my rage crash damage was added to my damage out.
