Where is the style cant find it on the vendor?

It's the unattunded gear in the vendor

It's not Qwardian, it's Anti-Monitor, and it's the first set of gear in the Future Metropolis vendor. Since the gear is attunable there's no way to preview it.

You'll find this style attached to the "Inertron" gear, found on the vendor. As others have pointed out, this gear is the one that scales relative to your CR, to a maximum item level of 192.

If you're in any doubt about which style you're buying, just make sure that it DOESN'T say "Style: Exobyte Origin" in the panel on the left, when you highlight it, as that style is for the new Fracture inspired style.

I was confused too - as there is no "already collected" etc with unattuned anymore :/ - I think this need to be an added line in the future - so people know what style they are attuning

I saw an enhanced life shell hands style in the broker for $29 million. Yet I can't find R&D plans for enhanced life shell gear anywhere

That's because it's a style drop only. There are no plans.
