[Question+maybe suggestion] PvE weapons

Venturing a bit off-topic, but:
HL DPS cares relatively little about your actual weapon type, since you just use construct combos anyway. The crit buff from melee weapons is nice and all, but amounts to only a few percent DPS. And Rifle is actually quite good for HL DPS since its ranged tap is strong and also AoE, allowing you to make excellent use of the "phantom triangle".
