Quantum rebalance ideas. (JOIN IN!!)

    I personally think all of Quantum's powers need to be influenced by Graviton Charge PI. I don't think destabilized is needed any longer if customizing our loadout is the true goal. I also don't think Gravitonic Field is worth 300 power cost, nor should lift be hitting harder than Gravity Bomb. Singularity was turned into a power interaction applier instead of dealing more damage to enemies who were Graviton Charged. Same with Gravity Well. Tachyon blast is now very weak and spammable but in the past was chargeable and Quantum's hardest hitting power.

    Singularity would hit 5% less than the activation burst hit of Einstein's Ray and then hit 98% less of that damage for the next two hits and then finish with 92% less for the fourth and final hit. That's how it's always been until recently.

    So let's say (example) Einstein's Ray hits for 5000? That would mean that the first hit of Singularity should be hitting 4700-4800. The second and third hit would hit 98% less of 4800 which would be 96-100 damage and then finish with 92% which is around 380-390 damage.

    Now Gravity Bomb should be hitting 20% higher than Singularity if we go by Einstein's Ray calculations. Meaning it should be hitting around 5700-5800 on average. This is without Graviton Charged PI as well. PI damage multiplayers are about another 12% on top of the average damage you deal.

    Why is it that I'm practically forced to use Time Bomb combo to do any real damage in PvP as quantum? I wanty old Burst Damage Singularity back. I want my old Gravity Well back. I want Warped Reality back. Heck I want all of quantum back that was before AM's even existed.


    (Singularity)
    Pre-revamp Info: Create a Black hole near your target, damaging, levitating and stunning it. Nearby enemies are damaged, rooted and pulled toward the void. After a short time, the singularity will explode, damaging nearby enemies and knocking them down.

    PRE-REVAMP PI: “Graviton-Charged enemies take additional damage and will become Polarized, causing objects to be attracted to them.”

    (Gravity Bomb)
    pre-revamp Info: Launch an explosive gravity bomb at your enemies, damaging, stunning and knocking them down.

    PRE-REVAMP PI: “Graviton-Charged enemies take additional damage and will become Polarized, causing objects to be attracted to them.”


    (Warped Reality)
    Pre-revamp Info: Imbue your weapon with quantum energy, increasing the chance that your enemies take extra damage and be rooted or levitated in place.

    PRE-REVAMP PI: Causes your target and other nearby enemies to be Graviton-Charged, making them vulnerable to future fluctuations of gravity.

    (Gravity Well)
    Pre-revamp Info: Create a powerful gravity field, stunning your enemies and damaging them over time.

    PRE-REVAMP PI: Enemies that have been Graviton Charged with take additional damage.

    (Tachyon Blast)
    Pre-revamp info: Blast your enemies with a cone of temporal energy, damaging and knocking them down.

    PRE-REVAMP PI: Destabilized, Polarized or enemies that are Graviton Charged take additional damage.


    Can we have Singularity and Gravity Bomb be turned into 300-350 power cost abilities and replace the power cost of Gravitonic Field and Alcubierre Wave to 200?

    Can you also make Tachyon Blast a 400-450 power cost ability as well with charge animation and vulnerable to interrupt?

    Would it be possible to allow Warped Reality to apply Graviton Charge to enemies again so Singularity or Gravity Well don't have to anymore?

    I don't believe they need any ideas. Based on the water rebalance, it's literally just a modernization and balancing of current powers. It's not a full rework.

    I do feel like all power sets that have two PIs should get them condensed into one. Or just make all the abilities do the extra damage if either PI is applied.

    Just return timebomb back to it actual description. Remove the damage cape. It has been a minute since I tested it but if i recall correctly it only burst for a max cape and it doesn't matter how much you do in dps the cape was the same every time it exploded.

    It would be cool for all powers to have a unique power like "dehydrate" from water. Dehydrate has the ability to get extremely powerful by using your SC meter for higher damage. If it were possible, then I would want "Singularity" or "Gravity Bomb" to be a power that is a normal power cost ability but could use SC to make it more powerful.

    Oh no, please don't say that! That scares me just thinking about it. I was already super disappointed with the revamp changes when it first dropped. I can only pray they fix Quantum and make it even better than ever.

    quantum must have only 1PI. P.S. Electricity must have only 1PI.

    Could call the unified mechanic for Quantum "Entangled" rather than having 2 seperate "Destabilized" and "Graviton charged"
