    New patch notes on test server:

    ·PC Test Only - Time Bomb: Lowered the cooldown from 6 seconds to 5 seconds.

    A little bit better now I guess

    They Ninja nerfed Mental, no more group debuff, it now only debuffs one person.

    Ppl were asking for that to be made a group debuff like mentals because it was so slow and such a long cooldown so they nerfed mental instead.

    I don't think we need a DPS for 8 npcs, I agree that a debuff should be able to hit more than one NPC.
