The issue is obvious and simple: I will win a war, but my win count doesn't increase (tracked by the feat "Give them Nothing but Take From them Everything"). See videos, my win count is stuck at 18: So you know, I did somehow finally get the count to hit "19," but it has only happened that once in countless times before and after.
Not a bug. The feat count isn't calculated by the win, instead you need to complete the related missions "Diamonds are For Everyone" and "Fear vs. Will", which involves killing 5 enemy players on top of winning the event. If my speculation is correct, you hit 19 by finishing the Metropolis Lantern mission, but you haven't receive the Diamond one from WayneTech Tory so your Gotham win contributed nothing. Just remember to take the mission beforehand and you'll get the 2 counts per day (assuming you don't buy replay tokens).
