Pretty sure they have been in a balance battle since 2011. It's extremely hard to balance things in pvp when you factor in counters.

Wow, no wonder why my camera angles look like warp speed and make you guys nauseous. I'm on PC using a keyboard/mouse and even I support the guys using controllers having the option to change camera sensitivity. That's ridiculous. At least we're safe from 360 no scopes.

There is a massive difference between someone manipulating the system for auras and someone directly effecting gameplay with speed hacks. To believe otherwise is delusional. Yeah there are a handful of advantages that the PC players have just being on a more powerful system. Generally, player skill will be the determining factor but could see among equal skilled adversaries that the PC guys coming out on top, notwithstanding outlying RNG rolls on damage, healing, and such. Camera scrolling/turning speed, greater frame rate for clips, responsiveness of inputs, and processing speed of the system all advantage the PC players. I am sure there are others that are just as significant as well.
