Fixed Purified Pages Art Edict Conflicting

    Edict of Violence conflicts rather than stacks when reapplied during the buff duration.

    - Weapon Buff:
    - 12s power cooldown
    - 5s immunity duration
    - 14s prec buff duration
    - 14s activation cooldown (not stated in art description)

    Is this 14s activation cooldown intentional? Currently activating the weapon buff between 12s and 14s conflicts and does not reapply the buff or immunity. Is the activation cooldown supposed to be 12s so the 14s prec buff can stack for 2s? Can this cooldown be added to the art description please?

    I’ll upvote it in the hopes this was a mistake since the starfire buff not only refreshes, but stacks. Thou I think this is just prec bias and wouldn’t be surprised if this was by design to try to slow down prec even thou it cannot compete with might lol

    My guess would be that it is intentional, to stop the issue we had with NVB and not allow the prec buff to be double stacked with riptide, they just need to adjust the cooldown to 12secs for the prec buff, absolutely bizzare as it currently is really.

    I mean. Tbf even with that, water isn’t exactly meta lol. Water can currently quadruple stack the star buff. But it’s still not broken. At the best least they couldn’t just made the purified weapon buff refresh instead of blocking any additional buffs from reapplying.

    Yeah, this is my main dealbreaker with this art. We either need to be able to refresh it prior to 14s or it needs to be 12s.

    Same. And even then the immunity times leave no room for error having to perfectly rotate between [Weapon Buff] and [Shield] in this fashion:
    1. Activate weapon buff
    2. 5s later Activate shield
    3. 12s later Activate weapon buff
    4. 5s later Activate shield (should just be coming off cooldown)
    5. 12s later Activate weapon buff
    Repeat

    Note the immunity icon above your head. You're essentially losing control of 2 powers just to rotate immunity to not be a burden on the healer. Personally I wish it was:

    [Weapon Buff]:
    - 12s power cooldown
    - 8s immunity duration
    - 14s prec buff duration
    - 12s activation cooldown

    [Shield]:
    - 18s power cooldown
    - 14s immunity duration
    - 24s reflect shield duration
    - 15s activation cooldown

    That way it's a consistent 4s of damage whether you're running weapon buff or shield between when immunity ends and cooldown time.

    But still either way activating weapon buffs back to back should not be stopping the 2nd activation imo. That 14s activation cooldown should be 12s.

    What about the water's weapon buff increasing your might 4 times if you use it in tandem with water's riptide and Starfire as an ally will this also get a fix or is it intended, because other powers don't have this advantage and i can see some balancing issues if this doesn't get adressed!?
