Sorry to have to make this post again, but this time I have added images as support The PS4 EU trophies have become unobtainable ever since around the release of the PS5 versions (so most likely something broke when the PS5 versions released). I did some digging and it only seems to concern PS4 EU and not PS4 NA nor does it concern the PS5 versions of the game. It's also not just one specific trophy or a couple trophies but it most likely is every trophy in the game. Below you can find a link to my google drive with proof of my active DCUO membership (text is in Dutch, but you should still be able to read start and end date fine). It also contains 4 zip files named after either the base game or the respective DLC. The zip folders contain screenshots clearly named after respective feats earned in game and a corresponding screenshot of my trophy list where the trophy has not been earned. As you may notice from the screenshots, the 28th of March was the earliest I earned a feat that should give me a trophy, which it didn't. One more mention. I did talk about this to support. Specifically, I talked to GM Dunbar and he told me he had added the information to their internal escalation, but he also recommended adding it to the bug report on the forums. So yea... Here we are
So it's been 7+ months now and not a single person has been able to earn a single trophy in the EU PS4 stack. Yes, people have an active membership and achieved feats that also should unlock trophies but the trophies don't unlock. https://imgur.com/a/JSXznKN You can see my very poorly edited picture, that it has been 7 months since a single person from 150.000 people earned a trophy in the EU PS4 trophy stack. Meanwhile there are people earning trophies just a couple days ago in the NA PS4 Stack. But the feature to unlock trophies being behind a paywall that then also doesn't work is real let down and countless attempts of making "you" (the developer") aware of this issue is either met with misunderstanding and solutions that don't resolve the issue or is entirely ignored. Please look into this and try to fix the issue or at the very least let us know that you are not able to fix what you broke and we can put this to rest.
I have also tried to contact support about this issue. They seem completely oblivious to what I am even trying to get across to them. I would just love to know if the developers even know about the issue yet.
I contacted the support and received the following response: Unfortunately, deleting the memory data did not solve the problem
We have confirmed that there is an issue where a PS4, with the EU client, is not getting achievments when they are earned. If you have a PS5, with the PS4 client on it, you can only see the trophies for the PS4 client in Offline mode.

Is there any update on this bug? I saw a lot of bugs got fixed recently but the trophies are still not unlocking on the PS4 version of this game as of today.
it's been over a year and there's still no solution, it can't be that complicated and it's already been confirmed
