Problem connecting to the server.

    Good night, I'm new here and since yesterday when I downloaded the game I'm having a connection problem, every time I try to log in I'm automatically disconnected after a few minutes, with the following message: "The connection to the world was lost. <0x0009> Please exite the game and relaunch "
    I'm trying to connect to the US server, but I switched to EU and it still did not work.
    Smart get an answer, thank you.

    Have you tried adding to the Firewall list?

    Yes, I even disabled the antivirus and it's the same thing, unfortunately.

    Do Vallidate Game Assets.

    DCUO needs an updated Windows. Especially Windows 10 is vulnerable to being incomplete. Find the following pieces of software on www.microsoft.com for your Windows version:
    NET Framework Runtime
    C++ Runtime Library
    Direct x

    Do not use any proxies with DCUO. Shut down any software or programs that are not needed and could interfere with DCUO. Malware can interfere too, but since you have an AV, you probably do regular scans.
