Does power in include power that I generate from using my weapon? The last few raids/ops that I have ran as dps I have run a very minimal power usage loadout and purposely kept my power bar at 50%ish and my power in still seems to be up there if not the highest. I ran my weapon combo as high as 35 before my splash has worn off or intimidation was ready to cast. 90% of the time I run controller so I understand how hard it is to have a might based no weapon using dps that are hogging all my defibs and I don't use power in nor do I need the scorecard to tell me who is a power hog. But I have read on here that is how some people measure power usage during raids. Another variable to this is that I use enhanced recovery during trash portions then switch to core strength or penetrating strike during boss fights with limited or really strong adds. All runs but one was successful, was easily in the top 2 in damage, and got no complaints but if it does go bad I don't want people looking at my power in and say theres the problem. Plus I obviously have have a soft spot for fellow contrllers and don't want to make there job any harder.
Power In does NOT include power generated from weapon combos but does include power from Soder Colas, Healing barrels and Movement Tree Breakouts. It will of course include power provided from active powers from other players or pets such as Controller Power Over Time, Burst Power Dumps and Supercharges.
Thanks for the reply it looks like I will have to tweek something. Not that my power in has been outragously higher then the other dps maybe 10k at the most. And I didnt really factor in times another dps gets knocked out plus I tend to use remix and supply drop quite frequently plus accomplice. It just seems that I would get very few power dumps with my power bar at around 50% and regening power on my own. Nor did I consider that the other dps could also be power conservitave and we were all low with our power in. I guess there are too many factors to come up with a base and I will just have to wait til people complain or i start getting kicked from raids to really know. Thanks again for answering!
