Please change Membership "gifts"

I've been disappointed in the Membership rewards for a long time now. I've always felt they were lacking, especially after the changes 34 months ago. It's been a long time lol. But I keep subbing because, well, I've always subbed. I've gotten use to having all the extra inventory slots, and there is something else that is important but I can't think of it right now.

There should be perks available to Members that others don't get, but those perks should be something desirable instead of the current state of things. I get the same things the others get plus a few extra than them .... sigh.

Ooh. Perks. They should give members buffed stats like 1 percent across the board like a gold soda but all the time. Stackable unlike the gold soda. That would be desirable, no?

Yes that does sound good to me. I'd rather have that than what we are currently getting.

Oh ... and don't forget: we need more RUBBER CHICKEN!

They should’ve never took away stabilizers in the daily rewards just because y’all brought back stabilizers fragmentation event. Stabilizers should still be in the daily rewards.

Hypothetically is the word of the day!

So as a legendary member, we would be pleased with:
-a permanent 1% buff to all stats so long as we are subscribed.
-more catalysts, nth metals, augment XP, towards leveling allies, artifacts, and augments (both dlc and origin).
-more deleted item restoration (which could help in a pinch, without even giving examples) about 5 vs 1 per month.
-vouchers towards bank, inventory, and broker slots (which would encourage more players to subscribe) and perhaps if these were convertable to destiny tokens once we are at max, or some worthwhile conversion, quarks?
-elite enhanced styles from old unachievable renown content due to the lack of player interaction with outdated elite content, let's say from the first elite content up to the 3 most recent episodes. Perhaps people would be encouraged to play the content for feats then with a fresh set of the elite gear.

Fill in the blanks for me, this already sounds like a win win to me, more subs = more benefits!

Lastly, would anyone pay a few bucks more for subscription if it truly was made better? Monthly after taxes I pay around 17 bucks if you round up. I stopped subbing for greater lengths as I felt it was easier to unsubscribe on a one month membership even though it would be greatly discounted to sub for the year. On average I pay an extra 60 bucks I think per year, but I don't feel locked in at a high one time payment.

As it stands, the only value I see anymore is the destiny tokens and the 21 day reward. Granted we do get some augment XP, but not much. We do get some flawless nth metals, but not much. We do get some ally favor, but not enough.

I have subbed even when I have taken long hiatuses from the game, it counts towards my monthly credit score anyway, lol! Part of the reason I stay subbed is it is the one way I can afford to contribute, and I want to see the game flourish, grow, and survive for the foreseeable future. I find some marketplace items to be too rich for my blood and I have already purchased a great percentage of weapon skins, auras, bases, chroma packs, styles, etc. I used to no life this game like a second job after my 10 hour shifts. I would come home and play the game until the server shut down. I have close to 13,000 hrs on DCUO (please do not shame me!) On average I have played roughly 1,000 hrs a year since I started.

Personally, I would be happier to see more players encouraged, encouraging one another, and in all, everyone feeling less like they are not getting what their money is worth. We all have voiced many complaints, some have taken it a step or two too far when it comes to reacting to game changes, staff changes, content and such. Like many others, I feel it will be a sad day when the lights go down for the final time. I want to enjoy DCUO and at the end of the day, know it was all worth it for the memories, the nostalgia, the friendships, and accomplishments along the way.

This sounds like a pretty reasonable list to me and it could be done without greater inconvenience imo. We had a great discussion before the membership changes were introduced. Maybe we should send the link to the staff to review and remember it? Unfortunately I couldn't find it myself anywhere ...

It is a shame the thread was locked up. It is funny, the last message was posted on my birthday. I would have loved to have contributed to that thread.

I actually like the renown - 3 members, but we only get together once a week. Base walk-ins I can only check for myself and my OH, but we run 3 proficiencies and if we are lacking I need to go shopping for some prestige-worthy items. So a couple of thousand here and there is useful.

Not in any way interested in the base items. But so glad I no longer have to deal with soder cola ultimates.

Would love old elite styles to become available. I maxed elite for SoBA and JLDC on the solos - I'm not into PUGging the group elites but I'm told the current duo is do-able,. Unfortunately I have no hope of getting the older elite styles just through queuing.

This is the 2nd Month of Covert Membership Awards - I am adding both of my accounts to team cancellation. In a perfect world, developers - like all people - would seek to do their best in all they do. In this reality, change happens when the boycotts begin.

Welcome to the Premium tier. You'll hardly feel a difference unless you are a 16 toon alt player or ride at MAX inventory at all times.

Welp...Just popped in for 'day 0' claim and yep....still dogwater. Thought maybe they'd have sussed out to do SOMETHING quick, like drop in a touch more Nth or something....nah.

And the style on Day 21 is 'mysterious swords accessory'...so...yea?

If rewards change fine I understand that but it's the lack of communication that's the real problem to me . It definitely wouldn't physically hurt anyone in the office to post " We understand the changes might be concerning to ongoing long time members but this is the reason why we did it ". The lack of respect to paying customers is an issue that they don't seem to care about. Love and loyalty to a game will only go so far and they've burn up most of it.

Remember when membership meant you got to play the new DLC for week before everybody else could?

It is suprising membership value has been going down. You would think it would actually be increasing in order to get more people to sign up for it. My only guess would be the revenue obtained from memberships is so much lower than microtransactions that its not a high priority.
