I just came back to DCUO a few weeks ago for the 10th anniversary and I was disappointed in the leagues recruiting. Minimum this or that stat or rolepaying or having to apply on a website or join a Discord channel. It was too much so I decided to create my own league on the US PS/PC Hero and earn my own league hall.
