Haven’t ran subway in ages, got it for omnibus solo, he looks a bit cleaner (kinda like Grodd’s, where it’s mostly the same but updated colors & detail) Was he announced with the other refreshes?
They don't always announce refreshes, sometimes they go live unintentionally and are a nice little surprise.
Guess I know what I am doing after daily maintenance Didn't know they refreshed him at all. I only see the Orange Lantern Penguin in HoL anyway lol
