Hi, i choose to Play DCUO again and wanted to get the All Access to the Game with all DLC's. After i entered my Bank Account Informations i was asked about a parental Password, which i never activated ( or i dont remember i did that ) . The fact is i dont know the Password and i dont even Need it becasue i was Born 1974 and no children have Access to my Computer, because i dont have children.. It would be nice if a Moderator could look into this( a can give the Referencnumber of the Ticket i opend a while ago via PM) and someone could send me the Password so i can deactivate the Parental COntrol Option. Since this is an account specific issue, I recommend submitting in a support ticket so we assist you in resetting that password.
