open world pvp zones?

    Are there any open world pvp areas? I noticed while leveling that I can not attack people in my mission areas who are on the other team. Their names are purple, I figured out how to turn on my pvp flag but no one else has it on. is there any open world pvp in this game or is that not a thing?

    there use to be something called pvp phase but that was a long time ago.
