Plenty of full sub, replay happy, mp stabilizer buying, paying noobs out there too.

I'm not carrying another batch of "carry me" players to end game content. Not this time. Lesson learned.

Does the include the powers that come with the episodes? For example quantum from Origin Crisis?

DCUO has never truly been a Free to Play game.

DCUO has been a Pay to Play game masquerading as a Free to Play game since 2011 and this is the major reason DCUO cannot attract new players and keep them.

The majority of games that are advertised as Free to Play have all content, gear and items accessible to all players via grinding, crafting or if they choose with real cash..


I have had many friends from all over the world come to DCUO and leave for that very reason. They would say that the game is advertised as a Free to Play and it is not Free. They would then hop on STEAM and drop $20.00 on a game and start playing.

They already exist.

No. It didn't when they ran it over the summer.

Considering cash caps are part of the pay wall that DCUO is tossing out for the next month. You would think that would be included as well.

Also, if you have played very many Free to Play games.
You would know that cash caps in Free to Play games are virtually nonexistent..... EXCEPT IN DCUO.
They try to charge you for opening escrow....REALLY ...WTH????

What the heck kind of Free to Play game charges you to use money that you acquired in game?

Charging customers for items is one thing but thinking that you can nickle and dime paying customers is another.

Anything that gets done to increase the number of active players is good for the long term health of the game and benefits everyone.

There were lots of gripes when the game first introduced alternatives to the subscription model, but without the free-to-play and premium options, the game would not realistically still be around today.

No wonder no one is resubbing...keep pissing on your paying base and you'll have nothing worth giving away. Let's see so far for my year's sub I have had two open episodes, five months of nothing new, charged for everything extra in you time capsules pay to win scheme, New content that makes almost impossible to buy gear or progress and I wonder where the rest of my league went, I suppose they found a game that treats paying subs with some respect lol

Hey how about this, While you have open episodes make so subscribers can open up the time capsules for free, Make me want to spend that yearly money with you again

why complain about being given nothing? i've been free to play AND subscriber. you think you have it bad? what about those people who can't even get above 2k in cash? what more could they do but give you 15 million in cash or 1000 marks of victory? this simply guarantees that people are equal. gives a chance for people to get base items and raise their cr and get styles. you guys and gals get: exclusive styles, base items, benefits like more time capsules opened, as much cash as you can earn, and free replay badges. and yet you're still not happy? it's a game people. how about we think less of ourselves and try to give others a chance at joy shall we? hmmm?

especially during a time when gratitude is supposed to abound.

Giving away a service that the loyal paying customer has already paid for is a devalue of that customer base.

The game would not be here without the loyal Paying customer base.
