   I know they drop from the old T3 raids FoS power core and on vendor 00, so they drop in any of the newer content? I would hate to waste 140 marks just on styles, and even at cr160 you can't solo power core. Someone said they thought you could get it in some of the newer content like The Hive defender gear.
   
   Any help would be appreciated.

   They are blue drops in Harley Hest and Darksied War Factory.
