A lot of people are talking about making solace of the sea a dot in damage role. I cant really see it being feasible without making it op. If the dot is high it could be double stacked with riptide. While that not being necessary could present a balance issue. If the dot is too small people would definitely want to double stack it compensate. In either case it can present a power strain and could potentially cause a hard thing to balance. Useless rant over.
